This week, the founders of CareKonect Software Inc. came together in Beijing for our annual strategy meeting - a valuable opportunity to reconnect in person, reflect on the progress we've made over the past year, and align on the priorities for the next stage of our journey.
For a growing technology company, progress isn't only measured by what we build. It's also shaped by what we learn, how we respond to the market, and how clearly we define what comes next.
Our meeting gave us an opportunity to step away from day-to-day execution and look at CareKonect from a broader perspective: Where have we made progress? What have we learned? And where should we focus next?
Looking Back at a Year of Growth
Over the past year, CareKonect has continued to evolve - both as a company and as a technology platform.
During the meeting, we reviewed our progress across product development, AI capabilities, company operations, market positioning, and our broader vision for connected healthcare.
One of the most important lessons from the past year has been the value of continuous iteration.

Training & Capability Development
The completion of our recent training represents a new starting point.
Our next step is to apply what we've learned while continuing to strengthen the technical and business capabilities needed to support CareKonect's development.
Team Development & Internship Opportunities
We also discussed the next stage of team development, including plans for intern recruitment and internship opportunities.
As our work expands, bringing new perspectives and emerging talent into the team can support research, product development, and market exploration while creating opportunities for students and early-career professionals to gain practical experience in healthcare technology and AI.
Staying Connected as Founders
Although much of our work happens digitally, meeting in person remains valuable.
